I am currently helping my client, a world class Technology company, to source for a skilled Applications Architect:

Skills and Experience Required:

• Knowledge of operating systems SME, application architecture and configuration (e.g. databases & clustering)
• Ability to decompose existing applications to understand their architecture and interactions with other systems
• Experience in migrating from VMware to Azure, migration tooling (automation),
• Experience of application remediation as part of a migration to the cloud strategy
• Scripting, knowledge of networking\security, reporting, stakeholder management
• Able to prepare HLD\LLD's
• Experience of applications/data migration projects and the technical and business risks of such projects would be beneficial
