We are hiring an AGILE PRODUCT OWNER for an ongoing project on contract with one of our client in London and it would be remote but rare occasion where might to office to meet the Development team in Chippenham in Wiltshire (near Swindon)

Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire (Remote)

Duration: 6 months rolling contract

This is an Inside IR35 role

Requirement Details:

We are looking for an Agile Product Owner to expand our team, working on products ranging from back-office customer and transaction management systems to public facing web portals and mobile apps.

Need experience on:

• Reporting to the Lead Product Owner, the product owner will hold a key role within the agile team, responsible for delivering new features and provision of support for existing customers. You will collaborate closely with the product development teams, UX designers, Solution owners and Product Managers to capture user stories and non-functional requirements to manage the team's backlog to ensure the team consistently deliver the highest priority work from the perspective of the customer while balancing this with business requirements.
• You will be an experienced product owner having successfully delivered software in an agile environment.
• A breadth of technical knowledge across software delivery.
• As a skilled communicator, you'll be able to collaborate across teams and geography to capture user stories and communicate progress at all levels.
• You'll show a clear focus and drive for delivery to find and maintain focus and priority in a rapidly evolving environment.
• You will be curious, inventive and creative. Able to challenge and occasionally steer development team designs to solve difficult problems and look beyond convention.

Key Performance Indicators

• Demonstrates evidence of suggestions and improvements to designs.
• Work is delivered to agreed timescales.
• Issues are notified in a timely manner.
• Completeness and competitiveness of product portfolio / product line / range of product lines with respect to features, functions, quality and price
• Delivery of small and large features o market
• Meeting target cost
• Is able to provide evidence of clear and concise communication.
