Agile Coach

Agile Coach - Contract - London.

A leading IT services company is searching for an Agile Coach to join their team on client site in London on a rolling contract basis.

The Agile Coach is required to act as a mentor to delivery teams, encouraging new learning opportunities and challenging theme to ensure people are meeting their professional and personal goals.

Skills and Experience Required:

• In-depth understanding of multiple lean / agile frameworks together with their underlying principles, and experience of applying them in multiple industries.
• Excellent facilitation skills, with an ability to provide immerse facilitation techniques appropriate to the situation and audience.
• Proven ability to help others learn, grow and become better professionals, enabling people to take on fresh challenges and confidence.
• Ability to exhibit the behaviours required of a modern technology professional and lead by example
• understand business processes, market trends, the complexity in running a globally distributed business.
