Job Description

Affiliate Specialist - 6 month Contract - Mobile Telecoms - Berkshire


Responsible for partnering, commercial discussions and tracking performance of each of the partners and their offerings. Will need to bring new ideas to the table, different ways of working to drive volume.

We are looking for individuals who have worked extensively with comparison/switching websites and understand how they work, the commission elements etc.

Somebody who has championed comparison sites - indirect or affiliate - Product offerings could be mobile, broadband, phones etc

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance manage 3rd parties to maximise performance
  • Pro-actively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of the channel
  • Manage budget and ensure monthly KPIs are met
  • Assist with the affiliate pay-outs, while monitoring for fraud and abuse
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities within the industry and produce business cases
  • Negotiate coverage with affiliate partners
  • Collaborate with other areas of the business to share expertise and achieve shared outcomes
  • Measure and present your delivered benefits back to stakeholders and team on a regular basis
  • Work with customers, Insights team and Marketing to ensure you keep up to date with latest insights and opportunities
  • Prioritise work based on business outcomes and impact to commercial performance
