Administrator

Based in Berkshire

3 month rolling contract

ASAP start!

Currently seeking an Administrator to join our leading telecoms client based in Berkshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Arranging speakers corner, agendas, building the packs for presenting, setting it up and managing the calendar invite
  • Reasonable room booking requests
  • Supporting the Programme Coordinators
  • Supporting Rebus Leadership team in administrative tasks
  • Onboarding of new starters in rebus programme

Knowledge & Experience Required:

  • Administration background with office experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Tenacious, flexible, passionate, resilient and results driven with a persuasive personality
  • Professional and positive approach
  • Diligent with attention to detail
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Collaborates well
  • Self-motivated & self-sufficient, needing very little management or direction
  • Team player, and able to work on own initiative
  • Assertive, adaptable, and creative
  • Analytic ability
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required
