Administrator
Based in Berkshire
3 month rolling contract
ASAP start!
Currently seeking an Administrator to join our leading telecoms client based in Berkshire.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Arranging speakers corner, agendas, building the packs for presenting, setting it up and managing the calendar invite
- Reasonable room booking requests
- Supporting the Programme Coordinators
- Supporting Rebus Leadership team in administrative tasks
- Onboarding of new starters in rebus programme
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Administration background with office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Tenacious, flexible, passionate, resilient and results driven with a persuasive personality
- Professional and positive approach
- Diligent with attention to detail
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Collaborates well
- Self-motivated & self-sufficient, needing very little management or direction
- Team player, and able to work on own initiative
- Assertive, adaptable, and creative
- Analytic ability
- A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required
