Job Description

Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be required to provide professional support in arranging interviews, booking meeting rooms, dealing wiht Senior Executives, Candidates and Agency staff.

Essential requirements :

  • Excellent client facing / relationship building skills
  • Confident in dealing with a variety of people including Senior Executives, Managers, Candidates and Agency staff
  • Professional and polite manner
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Hard working and proactive, able to multi-task
  • Experience of MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy skills
  • Understanding of different time zones / cultural diversity when dealing with contacts from other countries

Key Responsibilities :

  • Working with Recruitment Business Partners to coordinate multiple interviews
  • Working with candidates and agency staff to arrange interviews
  • Booking meeting rooms and sending meeting invites
  • Administering online psychometric tests
  • Delivering accurate, professional, clear and concise communications of a consistently high quality
  • Data entry to support the Finance department when required
