Account Manager ( IT & Telecommunications)

Account Manager - South London - Permanent

Project People are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join a global technology and telecommunication business based in South London.

The role will be focused on managing relationships with external partners and managing key partner relationships which will include understanding the need and providing the best solution and service as well as building relationships and managing the business areas ensuring the delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Being responsible for all aspects of the external partners relationships (price points, services, QoS)
• Maximising external opportunities for the business and ensuring that commercial agreements are continuously optimised
• Overseeing the portfolio of assigned partners, developing and growing the business
• Working with stakeholders and keeping them up to date
• Forecasting and tracking key account metrics and preparing reports on accounts status

Key requirements/ experience of:

• Work in a fast pasted international environment, dealing with various cultures within the business
• Background working with financial modelling and analysis using various tools such as visual analytics
• Proven track record in an account management role
• Work across multiple accounts at one time while maintain high level of quality
• Communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
