Job Description

2nd Line Support Engineer (Citrix/MS Office/Citrix/Windows) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client, for an initial contract until 30th September 2019. We are looking for a 2nd line support engineer with experience of both deskside and service desk support.

Working on a busy financial services account you will be responsible for 2nd line support, diagnosing issues and fixes from start to finish, either face to face, or over the telephone.

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience.

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Familiar with MS Office, Windows 7 and 10.
  • PC (base units/screens etc)
  • Hardware fault diagnosis and repair
  • Thin clients and Citrix Receiver.
  • Previous financial services experience is desirable
