*SC Cleared 2nd Line Network Support. Basingstoke. Shift pattern 4 on 4 off.
*SC Cleared 2nd line network support engineer required to work on a shift pattern responsible for all incidents for HO datacentre, manage the resolution and keeping the service desk record updated in accordance with Work instructions. Passing to 3rd parties if required and managing the incident to resolution in conjunction with the 3rd parties. Also responsible for carrying out daily checks for: Managing the catapan encryption system within the datacentres and remote sites. Managing the LAN networks at each remote site.
The successful 2nd line network support engineers will have experience working in similar environment in 2nd line support. CCNA or CCNP certified. Proven technical understanding and support of some or all of:
- understanding of ITIL Service Management
- Windows Server 2012 platforms
- Microsoft group policies
- Microsoft Office 2016
- VMware E|SX and vCentere.
*Due to the nature of the role current SC Clearance is required
