2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer Finance/Banking

2nd Line Desktop/Deskside/Service Desk/Support Engineer (Finance, Banking, Windows 10, O365, MS Office 2010, Citrix, Windows 2008 R2) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 months rolling contract, to be based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Responsibilities & Skills:

- 2nd Line BAU remote & face to face Microsoft & Citrix support experience
- Must have financial services or banking sector experience
- Windows 10 support experience
- MS Office 2010 & Office 365 support experience
- Citrix, XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer, VDI Technology support experience
- Windows 2008 R2 Server technologies support experience
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- SCCM support experience
- VBA support experience
- Active Directory support experience
