1st Line Support Engineer - Windows 10 - Swords - Dublin

A global IT Services and Technology Specialist are currently looking for an experienced Deskside Support Engineer to provide Windows 10 Tablet support for one of their key retail clients.

To be successful you will have the following attributes:

• Previous experience within an IT / Software environment.
• Essential will be either Technical experience or previous knowledge of Citrix or Active Directory.
• Little knowledge is required however willingness, ability and drive will be big factors in choosing the right candidate.
• Previous handling of customer service or ticketing systems employees have done well in this role but this is not essential.
