A 1st Line IT Support Technician is required by a pioneering mobile telecommunications organisation.
The 1St line IT Support Technician will support the organisation by being responsible for responding to all incidents and requests that come into the IT Service Desk.
The role will cover managing daily requests and support issues, escalating / reassigning where appropriate and prioritizing accordingly, in line with laid down SLAs. It will also incorporate maintaining the mobile & hardware inventory for the business, and providing access to internal and shareholder systems as appropriate.
Candidates will have previously carried out a 1st line support role and have strong MS Desktop support experience within a busy environment.
In addition to Strong analytical skills that enable comprehension and resolution of complex business and technical issues
Advanced working knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems, Intermediate knowledge of Office365 and attention to detail and customer focus.
