1st and 2nd Line IT Support Technician. Permanent position. Reading.
IT Support Technician (one 1st line and one 2nd line) required to support the business to be responsible for providing support to users and responding to incidents and requests which come into the IT Service Desk.
For both positions the successful candidates will have worked in similar positions within IT support, have strong Microsoft Desktop experience, advanced working knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems. Office 365. Microsoft Azure deployment and maintenance through MS Portals. Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server 2008 RS and 2012 R2, to include Active Directory. Basic awareness of Microsoft Visual studio applications.
