Mobile Professional Services Lead
Summary:
The Professional Services Lead for Wireless Operator implementations is responsible for creating, documenting, and implementing a repeatable implementation and certification process for mobile partners globally and overseeing structured implementation at partner level for multiple implementations concurrently.
Responsibilities:
Creates and documents repeatable implementation and certification process for mobile partners globally. Implements the integration process.
Executes technical integration with mobile partners from start to finish including assisting the partner with system architecture design, connectivity and capacity planning, test plan development, and user interface definition and testing. Carries out end-to-end application testing and issues partner technical certification. Serves as an interface between the partner’s technical team and Western Union’s systems development team to resolve issues and facilitate communication. Serves as an interface that connects business, legal and compliance requirements with the technical teams to ensure business requirements are reflected in Western Union’s and their partner’s system functionality.

Up to 60% travel may be required.
