Senior Lead for Change and Transition - Contract - Remote London

Some Travel required to site in London

Job Description:

As the Senior Manager for the Change and Adoption workstream you will play an integral part in the success of the Client Program. The role will work closely with the HR Head of Change and Adoption Lead, Communications Lead, Employee Relations and Data Protection Lead and Regional Biz Transition Leads. The HR organisation in each region/country will be responsible for ensuring the service readiness for the future ways of working in Technologies, Process aligned with the program service commencements. You will be working close with the other workstream Leads and report into the HR Sub Program Manager.

Your role will involve:

  • Acting as the escalation point and day to day contact for the teams.
  • Ensuring that the teams are fully up to date on all program decisions and deliverables.
  • Manage the areas of your plan to ensure readiness for each regional/country service commencement.
  • Manage the RAID items in relation to your workstreams.
  • Act as the SPOC for these teams and interfacing with other HR Sub Program & Tech and Data workstream Leads as required.
  • Working with the HR Sub Program Manager to ensure the plans are aligned with Organization Design, End to End Process Design, Business Transition, Global HRIS and HRSS workstreams to be clear on dependencies and deliverables.
  • Weekly Progress Reporting

Your transferable skills and experience:

  • Experience with planning and delivering rollout projects.
  • Being innovative & agile
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
